Grammar Matters:  Tuition and Registration

How to register:

f you decide that the Grammar Matters courses are a good fit for your student, please follow the following process to begin:

1) Complete and submit the registration form at the bottom of this page.  You should receive an email from denimberet@gmail.com within two full business days.  If you don't, please check your spam folder and then email or call me directly in case of a technical error.  I never ignore registrations or emails.

2) Once we have discussed your student's needs and goals, I will send you an invoice.  If you have opted for an independent study or private class, we will set up a time for an orientation video chat.  If you have chosen a scheduled class, I will remind you of the orientation day and time.  For both options we will also discuss whether you would like to rent or purchase your student's textbook. I will also send your student a welcome packet and course schedule.

3) Following the orientation, the course will begin.

IMPORTANT:  The Grammar Matters courses--both private and group classes--use the following technology:
  • Google account with access to the following apps -- Gmail, Classroom, Drive, Hangout, and Meet
    • (NOTE:  Because of my technical limitations and the synchronous nature of Google apps, all students must obtain a Google account and Gmail email address to work through the courses.
  • scanner or digital camera
  • webcam
  • microphone
  • printer
Students may register before they have the required technology, but instruction cannot begin until they have it ready to use.
