At this time I am considering the possibility of converting The Denim Beret Writing Program into a book-based program that parents may purchase and teach themselves.  Below I have provided the level 1 introductory unit for you to download and try with your student--free of charge.  Each lesson includes a lesson to read, an assignment, a parent guide, and sometimes supplemental handouts.  As you finish a lesson, I would appreciate any constructive feedback you have to give that might help me make the courses the best they can be.  The feedback form can be found here and in the course drop-down menu.

If you decide that you would like to continue with the level 1 lessons after completing the introductory unit, please complete and submit all feedback for each of the introductory unit lessons.  Then email me through my "Contact Me" page to let me know that you would like to continue with the course.  I will send each additional lesson free of charge after I receive your feedback form for that lesson.  Please note that the lessons will be a beta version only.  This means that they will be in a revised draft form, so they will not be as polished and professional as they will be when they are offered for purchase.  There may also be a delay of several days between your request for the next lesson and when I can send it.
